Since 1990 the car always belonged to Otto Altenbach / Team Obermoser, before it was sold in 2007. Since then the car has been completely rebuilt. All components have been crack-tested and x-rayed, the correct 3.0-litre engine and the gearbox have been totally rebuilt before the 2007 race in Spa.

The car is now offered for sale with a fresh engine, a lot of period photos and documentation, the original period FIA papers, the original period DMSB Wagenpass (German racing papers) and some interesting spare parts as two other complete body sets (including the fully original Le Mans ‘Langheck’ version), gear ratios, suspension parts and all necessary electronics to run the car.

This is a rare opportunity to purchase a ‘non stories’ historic Group-C car with tripple Le Mans history and only one long-term owner from new. The car is presented in race-ready condition and is eligible for the 2008 Le Mans Group C race as well as the popular International historic Group C championship.
